  • Can you update an existing Wix site?

    Yes, we can update a Squarespace or Wix website.

  • What if I am in the process of rebranding and don't have new photos yet?

    That’s perfectly fine. We can add them after you receive your new assets.

  • What is the process for submitting content?

    Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, new clients will gain access to a portal. This portal will offer further instructions on submitting the required content.

  • I want to switch to Squarespace. Can you help with the domain transfer?

    Yes! I can help. I will initiate and complete the transfer for you. I will need additional information from clients to begin the process. Please note: this option would require the client to book a complete redesign.

  • What’s the difference between web design and web development?

    Web design determines how the website looks and feels, while web development focuses on how the website functions. Ideally, they should be integrated when the site is initially built.

  • How do I know if I need a full rebuild or just a refresh?

    A refresh is like a makeover; it updates what’s already there.

    A rebuild is like starting from scratch, with strategy and structure.
